drama session!

Dear ^_^

1 week has passed in a blink of eyes

and i did nth this week except

to watch drama almost everyday

whoooooooo...my eyes! (8___8)

haha

anyway, 1st i watched:

Based on the hit comic book by Tomoko Ninomiya, this is a fun-filled quirky romantic story of two very opposite people.
Megumi Noda, or “Nodame” is a piano student at Momogaoka College of Music. An extremely talented pianist who wants to be a kindergarten teacher, she prefers playing by ear rather than reading the music score. She is messy and disorganized, takes baths several days apart and loves to eat, sometimes stealing her friend’s lunchbox when it is filled with delicacies.
Shinichi Chiaki, is Momogaoka’s top student. Born into a musical family, he is talented in piano and violin and has secret ambitions to become a conductor. An arrogant multi-lingual perfectionist who once lived abroad in the music capitals of the world as a young boy, he feels mired in Japan because of a childhood phobia.
They meet by accident. Nodame quickly falls in love, but it takes much longer for Chiaki to even begin to appreciate Nodame’s unusual qualities. Their relationship causes them both to develop and grow. Because of Nodame, Chiaki transfers into the Conductor Division, leads a student orchestra and begins to have a broader appreciation of people's musical abilities. Because of Chiaki, Nodame faces her fears and enters a piano competition. Opportunities open up as both begin taking risks, stretching themselves far more than they ever thought possible.

i watched the anime 1st then the Live action!

i prefered the latter cos it was more real...haha

and the lead is more handsome!!!!! i only realised in the later part

haha.....

it was very funny when their action was exaggerated

and i finished the show within 1 day

LOve it - it has only 11 episodes!!!!!

Love Jap series...short and sweet..

1 part i disliked was that throughout the show,

it kept repeating certain songs

and were only the 1st few parts of the song that they kept repeating

so it kind of bored me in the middle of the show

but still,

it had sort of fired up the passion in my heart

to practise my piano more

whoahahaha...

it just made me wonder

if i'm not tone deaf and has a better memory

i may have be better off in my piano studies....

i envy those who can memorise scores easily

and those who can listen to a song and roughly know what notes to play..

sometimes, i just feel weird when i tell ppl that i'm in grade 8

and they 'whoa' and

they will ask me to play...

seriously, i don remember any song

except twinkle twinkle little star....

that is the only song that i can't forget...i DON NOE WHY!!!!

2nd drama is Dragon Zakura!!!

ドラゴン桜 (Romaji: Dragon Zakura) is a Japanese dorama based on a manga of the same name. It aired in the summer season of 2005.
Dragon Zakura is about a washed up lawyer named Sakuragi Kenji (Abe Hiroshi) who tries to turn a bankrupt school for delinquents around in order to save his career. He organizes a "special class" which meets separately from the rest of the school and that has only one goal in mind: Tokyo University. Through some scheming, he recruits six students (Yajima Yuusuke, Mizuno Naomi, Ogata Hideki, Kousaka Yoshino, Okuno ichirou, and Kobayashi Maki) and a "slave" teacher (Ino Mamako) to do his bidding and they begin their long way towards the Tokyo University Entrance Exams.

this show was nice in a way that it teaches some methods

that we can use in our preparation of the exams...

although some are not very applicable

for example, doing the funny dance to learn english

but some advices that they give are very good...

for example, nv look down on oneself...

exams are just written by PEOPLE

and we should work hard if not we will get cheated by INTELLIGENT PEOPLE

i AGREE.....

for eg, if we dont know abt investments, most likely we will get cheated

by those who knows....

one part missing is the love story of yajima and mizuno

it was soooooooo uncompleted!!!!

hate it when they are not together...haha

anyway, i watched this show because of YAMAPI!!!!!!!!!

love him always...

but he look better in Nobuta wo Produce

whoahahaha

but i still like him!!!!!

sooooooooooooooooooo CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

next up, BAMBINO!!!!!

drama adaptation of a popular comic written by Sekiya Tetsuji. After a year of working at a neighborhood Italian restaurant, Ban Shogo (Matsumoto Jun), an enthusiastic, cocky young college student from Fukuoka, comes to Tokyo to perfect his cooking skills as a chef in Italian cuisine. He discovers he has much to learn and has to continually prove himself to the very competitive, quick and efficient staff at the upscale Italian restaurant.

the food in the show look soooooooo delicious....

i felt soooooooooo hungry when watching the show.....

but certain part i felt kind of bored cos it shows lots of pasta....haha

this is a very motivating show...
it shows how the lead - bambi - get enlightened when facing problems...
and it teaches us that work is not easy...
and we should constantly upgrade ourselves...
and we shouldn't be too harsh in our words except when it is necessary...
cooking is all abt LOVE!!...
one thing is that, i don really get it at certain parts
i guess the enlightenment was too chim for me to understand
haha.....
and it was abit too draggy at certain parts like when he was walking, thinking,
too long le....can forward forward forward.....
but i like their services...it was really a high class standard...
good services really need lots of study and works!

the desserts featured in the show looked super yummy...

i so wanna be a dessert cook as well as a high class restaurant waitress

haha

i must start doing my leo club stuff...

it is soooooooooo troublesome

worse than self select time table

i wanted to do a module call Flash Application

in the end, same thing, i can't get in....

so i chose:

This module explores modern China by looking at the country’s history, people and culture. You will discover the principles behind typical Chinese customs through experiential learning, for example, tea brewing and tasting, visiting a martial arts centre and learning about Chinese herbal medicines. You will also be introduced to classical books and learn to appreciate Chinese management practices. The module is not open to international students from China.

seriously, i nv thought that i will even consider this course

but when a person starts to panic

she will do sth else instead of what she wants

but luckily, i'm in the same class with Jane

FINALLY!

after the 1st sem,

we are finally in the same class again!!!!!!

Piano piano

Dear ^_^

same as any sunday

today i went to teach my students piano

and i prepared some gifts for them

early children's day present!

i MISS children's day!!!!!!

it's a holiday and we get presents from teachers too!!!!

haha

have a total of 17 students

and i've spent $10 for the food

haha.....

i'm really broke for this mth

no MOre SPENDING!!!!

must 忍!!!

i think it looks yummy...hope they like!!!!

this is CHLOE, the gal who i mentioned that is very cute..
managed to take a photo of her...
next time must take with her...
isn't she kawaii!!!!! she is only 4 years old..
but she is really good in her playing!!!!!!!!

btw, i got 1 student called germaine
and i was chatting with her for a while and
when i ask her to play a piece for checking
she started crying for 15 Mins...
i was speechless! then i keep thinking whether i said sth wrong
and i don think so......and when i ask her what's wrong...she didn't ans also

AHHHHHHHHHH...

kids are soooooo unpredictable....so i just watch her cry and cry till the end of lesson.........hmm

am i that FIERCE?????????????????

haha...this is the 1st time i face this kind of situation...

Andy Lau - 再說一次我愛你

today, i decided to watch this movie

which i have waited to watch loooooooong ago

this is one sad love story

cos both the female lead died in the end

it was a bit draggy in front

but luckily i have the patience to watch finish it

and it was suppppppppper touching

especially near the end when he talked abt how he stayed

with his wife through her last moment...

he fall asleep while collecting water for his wife

and at this short moment

his wife passed away.....T_T

it was sooooooooo sad....................

and the touching part is that

when the gal who got her heart transplanted from the guy's wife

met the wife's parents,

she passed them a note book

and when she also die,

the note book was passed to him

and there was a last post which wrote that

she actually know that him was not his real husband

just someone who look like her husband and

his wife's heart was transplanted to her

so she wrote the post in a way as if it was his wife who had written for him

it was really...............made me cry.......

the wife ended the post with a I Love You....

hai...moral of the story

cherish those around you....

once upon a time

an old couple love each other deeply

but the husband is always walking in front

while the wife is always walking slowly behind

they don understand why the other one is always

walking fast or slow

so they keep waiting and catching up with each other

But, they nv give up

cos they know one day, they will meet again

and walk side by side...........

worst day of my poly life....

today is the worst day of my poly life...

cos its self select time tabling...

and i think i forget to look at my horoscope today!!!

this is soooooooo unlucky

1st me and chloe in class 22

weiki and justina in class 24

lizhen, fel, lynn in class 25

then, in the evening

chloe change to class 24

after change then she tell me

and by the time i go in

its gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sad la....im the only gal w/o partner......

i'm soooooooooooooooooo unpopular.....haha.....

so now, i've change to class 21
whereby wanlin is there...
i guess its better than no gal w me.....
anyway, so sad to be different class with the gals.......

i'm going to do self selecting time table later

i had a nightmare of missing the time and being different classes

with my galfriends...

hope it won't happen

really enjoy classes with them!!!!

haha

this week's holiday will really be holiday

i must start doing my theory and practise my japanese

no more LAZINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and of cos exercise more more more!!!!

3.2 result...sad

Dear ^_^

my results are out

and i am sooooooooooooo sad abt it

my GPA only 3.2

from 3.8 drop to 3.5 drop to 3.2

can it get any worse?

yes it can,

i seriously put it more effort this sem than previous sem

but i did worse

so is it telling me not to put so much effort in it?

my common tests are all As

so seriously, i think is my projects that are failing me

all the bad experiences..................................

expected to see more As and not C

where did all my effort went

not enough?

seriously,

now, i don know whether i'm suitable for studying

my results are dropping, my piano grades are failing

rules

Dear ^_^

my parents are going thailand on 16 Sept for 4 days

and i don know why

they are sooooooooo worried abt us

that just now my dad told us some rules

1) must be home by 1030pm

2) dinner must go my grandma's house to eat

3) he will called by to check everyday

i was like WHAT THE HECk

1stly, due to 7th mth, i been getting home before 10pm

and now it is after 7th mth,

my usual limit is 11pm

and becos they are going overseas

i have to be back by 1030pm

sooooooo unfair

so i said: might as well don go overseas

go a few days only and set sooooo many rules

so my dad said. fine. 11pm!

then for the dinner one,

i said: y must go grandma hse eat

we can cook ourselves and sometimes we don even eat dinner

so what for trouble grandma..

then he said fine.......

so i SUCCEEDED

BUT

he even more PRO

he started saying he has no place in the family

say one sentence and got shoot back

showing concern also cannot

i was like WHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHAT

this nagging of his always made us feel guilty

and we will start following his orders

ahhhhhhhh...i just can't go against this action

he is one SMART DAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

anyway

at night

my mum watch a horoscope thing

and then it said that the most difficult to handle gals are

3) those born in year of tiger = my mum

2) those born in year of snake = ME

1) those born in year of monkey = My 2 evil stepsisters

then my mum said that my dad was like WHHHHHAT!!!!!!!

and started complaining

cos he is the only guy

and his whole family are from this category

so he said that we are sooooooo hard to handle
